By proceeding with any purchase or enrollment, you acknowledge that you were given reasonable notice of these Terms and implicitly agree to abide by them, as well as any disclaimers, privacy disclosures, and separate client agreements incorporated herein.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Aligned Nutrition & Wellness LLC provides nutrition and wellness coaching services, which are educational and behavioral in nature. Services offered include:
One-on-One Nutrition & Wellness Coaching
Home Pantry Session (in-person, greater New Orleans area)
The Guided Shop (in-person, greater New Orleans area)
IMPORTANT: The Company's coach is not a registered dietitian, licensed nutritionist, physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or any other licensed healthcare or mental health professional. Services provided through this Company are wellness coaching services only and are educational and behavioral in nature. Nothing on this website or in any communication from the Company constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. These services are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Services are available exclusively to women 18 years of age or older. The Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its professional discretion.
4. PAYMENT & SERVICES
Current pricing for all services is listed on the Services page at alignednutritionwellness.com. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms of service and privacy policy. The Company does not store credit card information directly.
HSA and FSA cards are not accepted at this time. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Detailed payment terms, installment plan agreements, cancellation policies, and refund terms are governed by the separate client agreement executed at the time of enrollment and are incorporated herein by reference.

The content on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical nutrition therapy.

Limited License. By accessing any Offering, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use program materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through written notice, allowing 30 days to resolve the matter before initiating formal legal proceedings. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, and both parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in that forum.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
