One-on-One Nutrition Coaching
For new clients
One-on-one coaching starts where most wellness programs skip over. Before we talk about what to eat or when to move, we talk about what's really happening: your patterns, your environment, your true capacity in this chapter of your life. The habits that hold are the ones designed around the woman who actually has to keep them.
Every new coaching relationship begins with a focused three months of weekly sessions. During this time we build a solid foundation, understand what's driving your patterns, and start developing habits that fit your life. After three months, we reassess where you are and adjust how we work together from there.
Every session is working toward the same thing: the kind of confidence and self-understanding that carries you forward long after our work together is done.

Home Pantry Session
In-person | New Orleans area
Your environment is doing more work than you realize. The food within reach at 9pm, the pantry full of things bought with good intentions, the kitchen that feels like it belongs to a different version of you; all of these shape your behavior, whether you're aware of it or not.
This session brings the coaching directly into the space where eating habits live: your kitchen. We walk through what you have, talk through what's supporting your goals (and what's quietly getting in the way), and make practical adjustments that set you up for the choices you actually want to make.
We work with what's there, making small, practical adjustments that set your space up to support the choices you want to make. The adjustments may be small, but their impact on how easy or hard it is to follow through on what you already know isn't.
Available as a standalone session or as an add-on to One-on-One Coaching.
The Guided Shop
In-person | New Orleans area
The grocery store is where a lot of good intentions go quiet. Most of us know this experience: you leave the house with every intention of buying well, and somewhere between the entrance and checkout, it goes sideways. Label overwhelm, habit autopilot, not knowing how to build a cart that works for your actual week.
The Guided Shop is a real-time grocery walkthrough, together. We move through the store, talk through your actual choices in the moment, and turn the grocery trip from a source of anxiety or autopilot into something you can feel genuinely confident about.
We'll cover how to read labels without obsessing over them, how to build a cart that honors both your goals and your actual time and capacity, and how to navigate the store for your patterns and household. You'll leave with food you know how to turn into nutritious meals, and the confidence to do it on your own next time.
Available as a standalone session or paired with One-on-One Coaching or a Home Pantry Session.
Continued Coaching
For established clients who have completed the initial three-month program
The first three months are about building the foundation. Continued coaching is where you live in it.
Some women finish the initial program ready to move forward on their own. Others want continued support while the habits take hold and the work becomes more natural. That's exactly what this is for.
Sessions move at whatever frequency makes sense for where you are, biweekly for most, monthly for others, adjusting naturally as your confidence builds. And because the foundational work is already done, we can move directly into what needs attention rather than starting from scratch.
